End-to-end operations platform for weekly farm-to-table sales — catalog, inventory, campaigns, orders, and live BI reporting.
Challenges
Direct farm sales were drowning in spreadsheet chaos — wrong quantities, price drift, overselling at distribution points, and zero audit trail. Marketing needed a real ops console: campaign windows, immutable price snapshots, inventory adjustments, and BI that actually matches what left the farm.
Solution & details
Built as a cloud-native admin + API on Supabase and FastAPI, with strict production guards, price immutability at order time, campaign lifecycle controls, and reporting that gives ownership and marketing a single source of truth. Designed so a temporary internal dashboard can later swap to a polished UI without rewriting the business logic.
